Returns
The products purchased remotely can be returned according to GEO no. 34/2014 by the exercise of withdrawal right. The consumer has the right to notify in writing the trader that he gives up the purchase without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 day s from the reception of product or in case of provisions of services, from the conclusion of contract. The return of the products can be made at the expense of the customer, within 14 days from the exercise of withdrawal right. We recommend the use of the same transport service used for the reception of products.
According to the Romanian legislation in force, GEO no. 34/2014 – article 16: ”We exempt from the withdrawal right set out by article 9-15 regarding the remote contracts (…) the following: (i) the provision of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which were unsealed after delivery.˝ Thus, any purchased product can be returned by using the same delivery method. The product must be in original packaging (in original plastic sheet with related hologram, the unsealed products will not be accepted) and the transport costs will be covered by the customer. Niche Records will return the value of the products within 14 days from the notification date in writing of the intention to give up the purchase.
The cost of returning the products is paid by the customer.
The responsibility of Niche Records SRL regarding the legal conformity guarantee, is committed if the lack of conformity appears within 2 years, calculated from the delivery of the product. The consumer has to inform Niche Records about the lack of conformity within two months from the date when it noticed it.
Until contrary evidence, the lack of conformity appeared within 6 months from the delivery of the product is assumed to have existed at its delivery, unless the assumption is incompatible with the nature of product or the lack of conformity.
The legislation for return of products applies only to natural persons. The legal persons do not have the right to denounce unilaterally the purchase contract.

Exercise of withdrawal right
The consumer informs Niche Records SRL about the withdrawal decision from contract by a clear declaration made on a sustainable support (paper, email). The consumer has 14 days from the reception of products to announce the withdrawal from contract.
Obligations of Niche Records SRL
The full repayment of amounts received as payment, including the delivery costs unless the consumer explicitly chose another type of delivery than the standard delivery). The repayment of amounts will be made by using the same payment method as the one use for the initial transaction, unless you gave your express consent for another repayment method. In case of payment in cash at delivery, the repayment will be made by bank transfer in the bank account transmitted clearly by the consumer. Niche Records SRL will repay all the amounts it received as payment from the consumer, including, if applicable, the delivery costs, not later than 14 days from the date when it is informed about the consumer’s decision to withdraw from contract.
Obligations of consumer
The products are handed to Niche Records SRL in person or delivered to an authorised person (appointed courier) without unjustified delay and within maximum 14 days from the announcement of decision to withdraw from contract. The consumer will pay only the costs directly related to return. The consumer is responsible only for the reduction of value of products resulted from their handling, different from what is necessary for determination of nature, characteristics and functioning of products.
