Yes. We ship worldwide through the international post or couriers

How long will I wait to receive my favourite Kpop products?
It depends. EU customers will have to wait around 10 days, whereas Non-EU customers can wait around 2-4 weeks depending on the geographical distance.
What is the returns policy?

It’s simple! If wrapping a gift makes it difficult for you, just check the “Add gift wrapping” box on the product page before adding the product to your cart, and your gift will be ready for your friends or family.
How much does the gift wrapping services cost?
The gift wrapping service is optional and has a price of 10 RON / product. If you want to gift a product from your shopping basket, please check the “Add gift wrapping” box on the product page or in your shopping cart you want packed. Before placing your order, you will be able to check the products that you will receive packed as a gift.
Posters coming with the albums cannot be wrapped as a gift due to the size of the package. In this case, you can choose to get a poster tube before placing your order by checking the “I need a poster tube” box.
This service is available only for orders to be shipped by courier or the postal service, not for pick-up in store. When picking up the order in our physical store you may request special gift wrapping materials.
3. About my kpop.ro order
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled as long as it doesn’t have the “finalized” status. If the order is finalized, you will have to wait until you receive it, Upon receiving it, you can decide if you want to return it or not. Check out our Returns Policy as well here.
Can I change my order details after the payment has been processed?
Only if you are very fast and do this before our sales operators begin processing your order. For urgent queries, check out our Contact Page
Is there a limit for how many Kpop products I can add to my order?
No. The only thing to keep in mind is that for very large packages we would have to determine the shipping costs after the order is placed.
